JOB | Building Surveyor

Harcourt Limited is the commercial property management arm of the Derwent Group of companies. The group's property portfolio is undergoing rapid expansion and enjoying continued growth.

We require an MRICS or MCIOB qualified Senior Building Surveyor or Chartered Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience. Reporting to and working with Senior Directors, the role will lead the delivery of all building projects, professional work and maintenance across the development and investment portfolio.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation and a great opportunity for the right candidate to take the lead on all building and project work across the Group. You will have at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably across all property sectors, particularly out of town retail parks and offices.
