JOB | Architect / Practice Leader / Director, Liverpool

L7 architectsL7 are a boutique Design and Architecture practice. We specialise in high quality Urban Architecture within the Private residential, Student accommodation and Commercial Sectors. The Practice has built a reputation for excellently configured, skilfully executed design. We are taking a lead in the fast growing PRS sector, working with experienced clients in delivering bespoke new homes for rent across the UK.

We are seeking to recruit a talented commercially aware Architect in the role of Practice Leader to develop our current workload and upcoming workstream.

Working alongside development and contracting partners, you will maintain control from inception to completion in a dynamic development environment.

You will be responsible for managing the workflow of our internal design team and liaising and co-ordinating with the wider consultant team, reporting at group director level.

You will have experience of managing schemes from concept design through statutory submissions to tender and construction information production as well as being able to add value during all stages of the design process.

Requirements:

  • ARB/RIBA member
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
  • High calibre design motivated individual
  • Excellent detailing and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Proven experience of delivering high quality projects
  • Must be experienced in AutoCad

Salary circa £42,000 per year
