Former manufacturing facility brought to market
Industrial property agent B8 Real Estate has been appointed jointly with Cushman & Wakefield by Mayr-Melnhof Packaging to dispose of its former manufacturing facility in Dunningsbridge Road, Aintree.
Operations on the site ceased earlier this year and the 160,048 sq ft warehouse on a site of 8.62 acres is now available with vacant possession.
Jonathan Thorne, partner at B8 Real Estate, said: "We are looking at a number of disposal options for the site which include sales to owner-occupiers who will continue business operations on the site, businesses with storage requirements given the sites proximity to the Port of Liverpool and M57/M58 motorway network and developers looking at redevelopment angles given that it sits adjacent to the Switch Retail & Leisure Park.
"We are currently talking to a number of parties on the disposal and have priced the site sensibly in order to generate interest but would welcome discussing further any requirements with any other industrial parties who might be out there."
