Forbes Solicitors gains housing hat trick

The firm has been appointed to provide social housing work to three organisations following separate tender processes.

Forbes Solicitors will provide legal advice to Housing Associations' Legal Alliance for housing and asset management across the north of England, City West Housing Trust for housing management and anti-social behaviour services throughout Manchester and Guinness Partnership for housing management nationally.

Stuart Penswick, head of housing litigation, said: "These three appointments are a great achievement for the firm. We demonstrated our knowledge and experience in the housing sector along with our commitment to working with these associations."

Forbes Solicitors has offices in Blackburn, Accrington, Preston, Chorley, Manchester, and Leeds.

The firm acts for over 70 social housing clients and is ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers guides to legal services for social housing.
