Edge Hill Uni awards student housing contract

Construction firm John Turner & Sons (Preston) has won a £4.5m contract from Edge Hill University in Ormskirk to build new student halls of residence.

The new accommodation will be built on the university's main campus in St Helens Road.

The building is the latest in the university's £220m campus redevelopment programme.
