The former Windsor & Westmorland Hotel on Queens Promenade offers 32 bedrooms and sea views. The guide price is £145,000 plus.
Meanwhile, the Shanklin, a 10-bedroom guest house in Vance Road, close to Blackpool Tower, is available with vacant possession or with existing management in place, at a guide of £90,000 plus.
Other lots include two major residential investments in Liverpool. A six-bedroom student house in Salisbury Road, Wavertree, generating £23,400 a year, is guided at £140,000 plus, a potential return of 16.7%.
