Director promotions at Create

Blackpool-based Create Construction has promoted Adrian Tottey and Lee Collyer to its board of directors, as development director and operations director respectively.

Tottey joined Create in 2011 as development manager and played a key role in ensuring Create's structured growth from a turnover of £12m in 2011 to £30m projected for 2015.

Collyer joined Create in 2012 as operations manager and oversees the company's projects throughout the UK, including providing more than 1,000 student beds to the student accommodation market during this time.

Paul Mathison, managing director of Create Construction, said: "They have both made a significant contribution towards the success of the business over the past few years and I am looking forward to their input on a strategic level, as we continue to grow the construction side of our business, as well as Create's sister companies, Create Developments and Create Homes."

Create Construction provides a specialist construction service, primarily in the student accommodation, education and hotel sectors. Clients include Lancaster University, Royal Northern College of Music, Liberty Living and British Land.
