CEG signs Colorlord in Stakehill

Toy maker Colorlord has agreed a lease to take a 26,168 sq ft unit for five years at Stakehill Industrial Park in Middleton.

Commercial Estates Group, which acquired Stakehill Industrial Park last year, has been carrying out a series of extensive works to improve the external areas of the park including new signage and landscaping for the communal roads and roundabout at the entrance.

Stakehill Industrial Park comprises 2.5m sq ft on 200 acres close to the M62.

John Barton, senior surveyor at WHR, joint letting agent, said: "Stakehill continues to attract new occupiers and we have experienced a record number of viewings with potential occupiers over the last six months, which is testament to the commitment and attitude of its new landlord, Commercial Estates Group. CEG has addressed the requirements currently out in the market and by providing good quality accommodation on flexible terms, in a strategic location and a setting that is clearly enjoying significant investment. Stakehill has a unique edge over its competitors and is firmly establishing itself as one of the most popular business destinations in the North West."

Savills is the joint letting agent for the scheme.
