CBRE instructed on Liverpool One offices

Grosvenor has appointed the Liverpool office agency team at CB Richard Ellis to let 17,693 sq ft of refurbished office space in Compton House and the Russell Building.

The available suites at buildings on School Lane range from 2,200 to 3,200 sq ft. Keppie Massie remain as joint letting agents for the scheme with CBRE replacing Knight Frank following a five-way competitive pitch.

Mark Worthington, director of office agency at CBRE, said: "Liverpool One is the most important development in the city for a generation, providing a mix of high quality retail, leisure, residential and office environments.

"We anticipate good interest in the space, particularly from local creative industries, which are an increasingly important economic driver for the city."

Compton House is a five-storey former warehouse built in the 1870s, while the six-storey Russell Building was built in the 1860s.
