Brew Tea Company relocates to Manchester

Lothbury Investment Management has let 6,392 sq ft at Premier Park in Trafford Park to Brew Tea Company.

Brew Tea Company, a supplier of tea and accessories, is upsizing and relocating from premises in Rainford, St Helens. It will occupy Unit 8 on a five-year lease, paying £6.50/sq ft.

The new warehouse will be used for the storage, blending and packaging of tea products.

JLL and B8 Real Estate advised Lothbury Investment Management. Brew Tea Company was unrepresented.

Richard Johnson, associate director of industrial and logistics at JLL, said: “Brew are an aspirational brand and after considering various options, chose to relocate to Premier Park due to the quality of the unit, 24/7 security and the excellent presentation of the estate.

“This letting leaves just two units, of approximately 14,000 sq ft and 15,500 sq ft, available which can be combined to offer 29,714 sq ft.”
