Hear from a range of local authorities discussing large-scale regeneration plans, project delivery, and opportunities for partnerships with the private sector, alongside funding and development experts at this half-day conference on 12 July.
Wirral, Stockport, Salford, and Preston councils, plus more to be announced, will discuss their ambitions for new developments in town and city centres, their expectations and experiences of both formal and informal public-private partnerships, and the chances to get involved. Collectively, the councils are working on schemes worth billions of pounds.

This half-day conference will be a mix of panel discussions and presentations, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, either from the audience or on social media.
The event takes place on Thursday 12 July in the Cobden Suite at Manchester Central Convention Centre, starting at 8am for networking, presentations at 8.45am, and ending at noon for lunch.
