Join Rochdale Development Agency, Chancerygate, Curtins and Hill Dickinson for Place North West’s update on the issues and opportunities in the logistics and industrial sector, due to take place in three weeks’ time.
The breakfast event is set to be held on the morning of Thursday 22 June in Manchester.
The discussion will look at the impact of the ever-growing e-commerce industry and 24-hour delivery, changing location priorities for occupiers, last mile logistics, the shrinking supply of quality warehouses, and current investor appetite for sheds.

Panel participants are:
- Steve Rumbelow, chief executive of Rochdale Council
- Mike Walker, development director at Chancerygate
- Alex Vogt, technical director at Curtins
- Bob Fletcher, managing director of Fletcher Rae
- Jason Print, head of industrial agency at Gerald Eve
