Alliance gets BoxWorks approval

Property Alliance Group has gained planning consent for a speculative 30,000 sq ft office building on Ashburton Road West at Trafford Park, to be called The BoxWorks.

Designed by Reid Architects, the four-storey building will be offered to buy or to let with suites starting at 3,000 sq ft. Plans include an on site gymnasium on the ground floor and a meeting and function room on the top floor.

Dominic Pozzoni, commercial director at Alliance, said: "There is an exciting pipeline of mixed development planned for Trafford Park over the next few years and whilst it remains one of the UK's main industrial hubs, there is an emerging demand for high specification office accommodation in this area too. As a major landowner at Trafford Park, we're delighted to be able to offer such an exciting office building and are already in discussions with a number of interested parties."

DTZ and GVA Grimley are joint letting agents on the scheme.
