Agents appointed for Brightgate House in Trafford

Investor London & Oriental has appointed CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge as joint letting agents on Brightgate House, an office building in Trafford Park.

The new-build, two-storey office on Cobra Business Park totals 22,758 sq ft. The park's occupiers include Wimpey, FES and Beamfeature.

John Ogden, director of office agency at CBRE Manchester, commented: "Trafford Park has matured as a commercial property district and opportunities for accessing high quality accommodation at an affordable price are few and far between. Brightgate House is available to let on a floor-by-floor basis, or in suites from 4,715 sq ft. Headline rent on the development is set at £16.50/sq ft.
