New hires at JMW

Manchester-based JMW Solicitors has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of partner Warren Martin and senior associate Andrew Stone.

Martin joined from Boote Edgar Esterkin where he was a director and head of property. He specialises in property finance and has acted for multiple lending companies over the past 15 years. His clients include Lowry Capital and Aldermore Bank.

Stone joined from Integrated Dental Holdings where he worked in-house as its national estates manager. He previously worked in private practice at Burges Salmon and Land Law.

He specialises in investment properties and portfolio management.

The team has handled deals worth more than £500m over the past year with schemes for developers such as Castlemead, Brookhouse, Dransfield and Pochins.
