New asset manager at TCS

Publicly listed developer, Town Centre Securities, has recruited Suzanne Gallagher from Strutt & Parker as asset manager.
Gallagher's responsibilities will include managing the company's 13-acre mixed-use Piccadilly Basin development in Manchester which incorporates the Urban Exchange retail scheme where Go Outdoors recently located.
Gallagher will be based at TCS's head office in Leeds.
