Mullins returns to LSH with national remit
Lambert Smith Hampton has welcomed Nick Mullins back to its Manchester office, as executive director for business transactions.
Mullins will have a national remit with an immediate and primary focus on markets in the North.
He rejoins LSH after two years away from the business, in which he worked client-side at Property Alliance Group, and as a principal at Northern Soul Real Estate. Prior to LSH he spent over 15 years at CBRE as senior director in the land and development team.
The role is newly-created, and will see Mullins lead LSH’s transactional business in the regional markets, drawing on his network of contacts and experience with landowners, developers, and private and public sector clients, to source and secure development and investment opportunities. He will also be providing consultancy and funding advice as a catalyst for estate delivery.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of LSH, said: “We welcome Nick back into the LSH fold to lead our transactional charge in the North. The Northern Powerhouse is a market with significant untapped potential and Nick’s particular expertise will enable us to maximise value for clients, and deliver real competitive edge in this space.”
Wow, he’s going to be a busy chap…. Mullins lead LSH’s transactional business in the UK regional markets, drawing on his network of contacts and experience working with landowners, developers, and private and public sector clients, to source and secure development and investment opportunities. He will also be providing consultancy and funding advice as a catalyst for estate delivery.
