Mulbury Homes recruits land director

Lymm-based affordable housing developer Mulbury Homes has appointed Andrew Booth as land director.

Booth joins from Dickens Property Group where he was partner and director. He previously worked as a land and planning director for house builder Taylor Wimpey.

Greg Mulligan, director of Mulbury Homes, said: "We've recruited Andrew to help us drive forward our plans for growth in the coming years. He brings with him almost 20 years' experience in the field of land acquisition. With Andrew on board we can further strengthen the work we do in delivering high quality developments for social housing organisations."
