M&S Outlet opens at Piccadilly Basin next week

The new 20,000 sq ft Marks & Spencer store at Town Centre Securities' Urban Exchange in Piccadilly, Manchester will open on Thursday 4 August.

The M&S Outlet branded store is an out-of-town version with selected Marks & Spencer products, many products at discount prices of up to 40% the original M&S price.

Richard Fox, head of M&S Outlet stores, said: "The store is in a great location and will offer customers an extensive range of high quality Marks & Spencer products at great prices. We look forward to celebrating the opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and by offering a further 10% off when customers spend £25 or more from Thursday until Sunday."

The new M&S Outlet store will offer a wide range of great Marks & Spencer products across womenswear including per una & lingerie, menswear, childrenswear, beauty and home.

The Manchester offices of BNP Paribas and Cushman & Wakefield are handling enquiries in the remaining retail unit at Urban Exchange.
