Morley secures office sale at Daresbury Park

A 40,687 sq ft office building being marketed at £7.6m has changed hands at Daresbury Park, Warrington.

Morley Fund Management sold Building 3200, currently occupied by internet security firm Vistorm, for an undisclosed figure to a syndicate of private investors.

Matthews & Goodman acted for the buyers, while Christopher Dee represented Morley Fund Management.
