Stannard described how MIPIM will provide a global stage to champion the opportunities surrounding the next phase of MediaCity, Salford Crescent, Greater Manchester Western Gateway, and Port Salford.

Stannard also spoke about Salford’s approach to housing and how it is using its own housing company, Derive, to grow the supply of affordable homes in the area.
