MIPIM VIDEO | State of construction in Manchester

JMW’s head of construction, Neil Armstrong, provided a brief health check of the sector, sounding off on the difficulties facing its future and current trends.

When it comes to the number of projects being built, the sector is strong despite facing a variety of challenges in the form of new regulations and economic pressures, Armstrong told Place North West at MIPIM. He also spoke about the impact the Building Safety Act will have in the coming years.

You can hear more of Armstrong’s thoughts on the state of construction in Manchester in the video at the top of this post, or by watching the video on the Place North YouTube channel.
