Meeting the demands of the incoming legislation is going to be a challenge for many property people across the development cycle from early technical designers to agents managing completed buildings – this event will explain all you need to know.

This special session is organised by Place North in association with safety consultant Project Four, law firm JMW, engineering designer Hydrock, and building surveyor Earl Kendrick.

Due to take place on the morning of Tuesday 18 June at Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester, this event is free to attend but you must first register your interest.

Speakers on the day will lay out the practical steps you need to take for planning, designing, constructing, and managing your projects under the Building Safety Act. You will hear from a cross-section of property people at different stages of the development cycle about how they are adapting to this crucial new legislation. Viability, compliance, the regulatory process and how to adapt cashflow and delivery programmes to match the rigorous new legislative landscape around health and safety will all be explored.

Hosted in association with Project Four Safety, Hydrock, JMW, and Earl Kendrick.

The event is now fully booked – if you registered your interest, you will be notified by the events team if your place has been confirmed.
Please contact events@placenorthwest.co.uk to be added to the waiting list.
