Metier agrees deals in Skelmersdale
Grocery branding firm, All About Food, has taken a ten-year lease on 6,000 sq ft in two adjacent office buildings in Maple Court, Skelmersdale.
Maple Court is the first phase of White Moss Business Park, developed by Alderley Edge-based Metier Property Holdings.
Phil Lynas, managing director of All About Food, said: "We have worked closely with Metier to create a unique working space and a place where we can work happily for the next 10 years. Their cooperation in ensuring we can join the two spaces has really helped the project along and we now have an office we are really proud of."
All About Food will be joining tenants St Anne's Contractors and NFU Mutual at the 60,000 sq ft scheme.
Oliver Rowe, surveyor at WHR Property Consultants, said: "Since completion, we have had great success at Maple Court and with a further 4,000 sq ft unit now under offer and only two 2,000 sq ft units remaining available, we expect to be at full capacity soon. Our success, despite challenging market conditions, is testament to the schemes quality and accessibility which singles it out from the competition."
Metier has planning consent for 25,000 sq ft of offices in the second phase and could accommodate bespoke requirements from larger occupiers on a design-and-build basis. Quoting levels are at £12/sq ft rent and £170/sq ft freehold.
GVA is the joint letting agent.
