MCR sells Withington residential block

Melmar Court, a block of 12 apartments at 36 Heaton Road in Manchester has been acquired for £1m by private clients of commercial agent TFC from MCR Group.
David Rowley, partner at TFC, said: “This residential acquisition was an excellent opportunity for our client as it offers the investor the potential to add value by developing new flats within the scheme subject to planning, which has now been submitted. Once this is granted the building will receive some much needed care and refurbishment of the common areas and existing hall.”
The vendor was unrepresented.
