Mayfield awarded warehouse contract

Construction company Mayfield has won the contract to build a £1.4m, 40,000 sq ft warehouse for Morning Foods in Kirkby.

Mayfield will construct the 40,000 sq ft high-bay distribution warehouse, oversee site clearance, reduced level excavation and off-site disposal and draining installation, as well as laying concrete pad foundations and internal/external slabs and the erection of the frame for the Cheshire-based firm.

Morning Foods supplies a vast range of oat products internationally.
