Matthews & Goodman adds to agency team

Steve Brittle has joined the firm's Manchester office as senior associate in the business space team after two years at Dunlop Heywood, where he was associate director.

At Matthews & Goodman, he will continue to advise office and industrial institutions, landlords, occupiers and developers around the North West. Brittle was involved in a number of recent high profile occupier deals across the North West, including a 60,000 sq ft headquarters relocation into Manchester city centre, and acquiring 10,000 sq ft at Manchester Airport.
