Mason Owen appoints Coulthurst from CBRE
Commercial property consultants Mason Owen has appointed regional industrial surveyor Mark Coulthurst from CB Richard Ellis in Liverpool.
Coulthurst brings 20 years experience to the Mason Owen team. He was a director at CBRE and previously worked for Irving Rice and Matthews & Goodman.
Coulthurst will work with Mason Owen's business premises department alongside head of department Andrew Owen and colleague Paul Thorne, with an emphasis on industrial agency.
He said: "I am extremely pleased to be joining Mason Owen. My remit is to assist the industrial agency team and increase their presence across Merseyside and beyond."
Senior industrial agents Howard George and Tom Davis resigned from CBRE at the start of October. They continue to work at the firm and are due to leave at the end of this year.
