Manufacturer leases Trafford unit
Lothbury Property Trust has let a 15,500 sq ft industrial unit in Premier Park, within Trafford Park, to Lip Hing Metal Manufacturing on a 10-year lease.
The company is paying £6.50/sq ft for Unit 2, and will use it for the storage and distribution of metal components for fire protection systems.
The business joins occupiers including the BBC, The Fragrance Shop, Indesit and The Brew Tea Company at Premier Park, which forms part of the wider Trafford Park. The letting leaves four available units ranging from 4,750 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft in the 200,000 sq ft industrial scheme.
JLL and B8 Real Estate are joint agents.
