MAG Developments adds to estates team
The property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group, has recruited Brad Gibson as estates co-ordinator.
Gibson previously worked in similar roles with commercial development and urban regeneration firms, Urban Splash and Muse Developments.
MAG said he will support the estates team in his new role, which oversees a £300m portfolio and manages an estate of 5,000 acres, 200 buildings and 850 customers, across the four MAG-owned airports in Manchester, East Midlands, Bournemouth and Humberside.
Stephanie Mullenger, MAG Developments' business development director, said: "MAG Developments currently accounts for around 25% of the Group's total profits and with some interesting projects on the horizon for us it's an exciting time for our expanding team. In his previous roles Brad has received constant recognition for his exceptional customer service skills, so as a customer-focused business he will fit in very well here."
