Livingcity welcomes Noella Lee as director
The former chief operating officer of ARMA, now the Property Institute, is back in residential block management.
Lee has been senior property manager at Allsop, and head of London for Warwick Estates.
She took a permanent role with ARMA in 2015, as chief operating officer, working alongside the former chief executive Dr Nigel Glen.
In her new role at the Manchester-based firm, Lee has been tasked with the development of the residential property management team, in addition to working with the board to support business development.
Livingcity Group managing director, Mark Gallimore said: “Facilitated by her recent relocation to the North, Noella will bring her wealth of professional experience and knowledge to the leadership of our property management team.
“Her values and management style are aligned with our group vision and culture, and she will be a source of inspiration and guidance to our growing professional team.”
Lee said: “Over the last eight years, having worked at raising standards and excellence in our industry as the chief operating officer at ARMA, this wonderful opportunity at Livingcity now allows me to bring my wealth of experience and knowledge, coupled with my leadership, back to where my roots lie in property management.
“With Livingcity’s dedication to industry progression and nurturing property professionals, I am excited to contribute to the continued development and support the company’s business growth and eager to be part of its journey towards continued success for both the company and its clients.”
