WT Gunson has sold 12 Charlotte Street in Manchester’s Chinatown on behalf of London-based social justice charity Ethnic Minority Foundation for £1.5m.
Home to the Little Yang Sing Chinese restaurant at basement level and the Britannia English Academy language school at ground and upper floors, the net internal area is 8,500 sq ft.
The buyer is looking to retain the building for long-term investment purposes.
WT Gunson has been retained to manage the property.
