Links among five Legat lettings in Chester

Legat Owen has completed five lettings within the centre of Chester, comprising a mix of retail and restaurant outlets.

Yo! Sushi has taken the former Bench unit on 46 Bridge Street. Legat Owen represented landlord F&C Reit.

Links of London has taken the previous Ecco Shoes unit at 15 Eastgate Street. Lunson Mitchenall represented Yo! Sushi and CBRE represented Links of London.

On St Werburgh Street, Ecco Shoes has relocated to the former Warehouse unit, with Legat Owen representing the private landlords and Harper Dennis Hobbs representing Ecco Shoes.

At 3-5 Friargate, lettings have been completed for Ladbrokes and Beresford Adams Estate Agents, who relocate in the city. Legat Owen acted for District Estates with CPC representing Ladbrokes and Beresford Adams representing themselves.
