Legat Owen completes CC/Viyella deal

Fashion labels Country Casuals, rebranded recently as CC, and Viyella are doubling the size of their trading space on the High Street in Mold town centre.
Country Casuals has taken a 10-year lease on 2,217 sq ft at 15 High Street with a private landlord at £55,000 a year. The unit was previously occupied by Currys. CC already traded from 7 High Street.
Country Casuals and Viyella are both owned by the Austin Reed Group.
Legat Owen acted for the landlord. Country Casuals and Viyella were unrepresented.
