Legal recruiter moves to Spinningfields
Salford-based private property investor Ventnor has signed another tenant at its Vantage Point office building in Manchester's Spinningfields business district.
Sacco Mann has signed a ten-year lease on a 1,784 sq ft suite on part of the sixth floor, moving from 9 Bartle House in Oxford Court.
Leeds-headquartered Sacco Mann said it has a turnover of £4m and is opening the new office as part of its growth plans.
Vantage Point totals 50,000 sq ft over ground and nine upper floors and the quoting rent is £28.50/sq ft. Floor plates of between 5,000 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft offer an alternative to the larger dimensions of Allied London's office buildings in Spinningfields.
Sacco Mann joins Allied Irish Bank in Vantage Point; the bank took a pre-let on 16,000 sq ft. Letting agents on Vantage Point are CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge.
John Sacco, managing director of Sacco Mann, said: "We have a long-term commitment to the North West which boasts one of the most active and robust legal markets outside of London.
"Our new office will be the perfect backdrop as we continue to expand and grow the team in Manchester. It is part of an ongoing investment programme in people, infrastructure and technology that will ensure we remain a leading supplier of legal recruitment solutions."
Law firm Simpson Millar and property agent Lambert Smith Hampton advised Sacco Mann.
