Latest Liverpool student block on site within weeks

Buile, part of the Manchester-based Crosslane group of companies, has been granted planning permission for a new student property development in Liverpool valued at £20m.

The Vauxhall Road development will have 314 bedrooms and nine studio flats, and is set to be completed August 2015. The project will replace a glassworks which is scheduled for demolition in March.
