Langtree revamps Speke estate

Langtree has appointed Contract Services R&R to carry out a £1m refurbishment of Speke Hall Industrial Estate and Sky Park International in South Liverpool.
The work includes enhancements to the security, landscaping and construction of the buildings.
Langtree acquired the 370,000 sq ft 87-unit estate in December 2012 from Space Northwest.
The refurbishment is due for completion in February 2014.
