Keppie Massie hires to resi agency
Debra Beach has been appointed branch manager at the residential estate and lettings arm of Keppie Massie in Liverpool.
Beach joined from Reeds Rains where she was also a branch manager. At Keppie Massie, she will develop its portfolio of properties and expand the agency's area of influence.
The new hire follows to other recent additions to the team, senior lettings negotiator Yvonne Marsden and accompanied viewer admin clerk Paula Digney.
Beach brings 18 years' property experience to the role, which has seen her work across both the residential and commercial industry.
She replaces Katie Myers as branch manager, who joined Venmore Property Auctions as business development manager last month.
Beach said: "I want to continue to develop our residential portfolio throughout Liverpool city centre and in to more suburban areas. The whole team have made me feel so welcome and I'm eager to start working with everybody to drive the residential branch forward.
"Keppie Massie Residential have had a successful start to the year, I hope to continue with this success throughout 2014 and beyond. With our team looking the strongest yet, I believe we can achieve this and so much more."
There are six people in Keppie Massie's Liverpool residential team.
