We are looking to recruit additional new Valuers to their very successful and well-respected Valuation team due to winning a significant amount of new business.
There are a wide variety of instructions working with a diverse range of clients, predominantly across Greater Manchester. The advice will involve the following:
- Loan Security
- Pension Fund Valuations
- Tax Purposes
- General Advice for clients
Sectors include:
- Commercial
- Retail
- Industrial
- Residential
- Land
Clients include:
- Major banks
- Property companies
- High net-worth individuals
- Institutions
You will have a significant amount of responsibility and autonomy within your role. In addition, excellent support will be provided both professionally or if you decide to develop new clients or income streams.
Longden & Cook have undergone significant expansion in the last two years through recruitment and also through the acquisition of existing businesses, including Manchester-based Simon Neil Property Consultants and Bury-based Summermere Chartered Surveyors.
