JOB: Planner, Manchester

Nexus Planning is a new UK practice formed out of the established planning and regeneration team of design practice Broadway Malyan.

We work throughout the UK on a wide and varied range of projects for both the private and public sector. Current projects include planning new Garden Cities, town centre development schemes, residential applications and preparing neighbourhood plans and regeneration strategies. We operate as one team from offices in London, Manchester and Weybridge.

It's an exciting time for us, and in response to our growing workload, particularly on residential and town centre projects, we are looking to appoint a Planner in our Manchester office.

We would like to hear from candidates with 2+ years' experience. Good analytical skills and a strong report writing capability will be expected. The ability to work as part of a team, under direction, will be important. We are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates who have a strong desire to develop their skills and experience and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

Experience of working on residential or town centre / retail projects would be a distinct advantage.
