Engine of the North, Cheshire East Council's property development company, are looking to appoint an experienced and well-motivated Business Manager to join the Company's professional team on an interim or consultancy basis.

We are well resourced and have a portfolio of sites in Cheshire which is second to none. We have a pressing need to appoint a Business Manager to support the development team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and build on successes to date.

You will have experience of managing the business requirements of a professional services team including business planning, financial systems, procurement and contract management. You will have excellent communication skills, be happy to work within an established team and also provide direction where required. Experience in both the public and private sectors would be an advantage.
