JLL investment director joins Cushmans

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Matthew Stretton from Jones Lang LaSalle as a partner in its capital markets team in Manchester.

Stretton spent 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle and two years at Knight Frank prior to that.

Bryan Laxton, chief executive of Cushman & Wakefield in the UK, said: "Matthew has an excellent track record and brings superb contacts and years of experience in the North West market. He will strengthen our capital markets business considerably and will enable us to increase our market share in the North West investment market."
