JLL brings Trafford Park warehouse to market

Vow Europe has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as sole leasing agent on a 56,000 sq ft warehouse in Clarke industrial estate in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester.

Phil Morley, associate director in Jones Lang LaSalle's national industrial and logistics team in Manchester, said: "The property is suitable for businesses seeking a secure site and quality facilities located on one of the region's premier distribution locations.

"The premises are available by way of a sub-lease or assignment of existing lease; alternatively a new full repairing and insuring lease can be made available."
