JLL adds to retail asset management team

Jones Lang LaSalle has announced the appointment of three new members of staff in its shopping centre management team in Manchester.

Tim Sellers and Julie Ireland have both joined as property managers. Sellers joined from NB Real Estate in Edinburgh. Ireland came to JLL from the Manchester office of Workman LLP.

Jessica Padgett was recruited from the Manchester office of DTZ as a senior surveyor.

Susannah Jeffs, head of Jones Lang LaSalle's shopping centre management team in the North, said: "The recruitment of three new members of staff reflects our strategy to have a first class asset management team and I am confident we can consolidate our position further and continue to offer a best in class client service."
