Jackson to leave LSH for Orbit
Adam Jackson, associate director of office agency at Lambert Smith Hampton, has handed in his notice to go client-side with South Manchester landlord Orbit Developments.
He will work his notice period at LSH in Manchester until September.
Jackson has been with LSH since 2002.
In December Josh Levy joined the office agency team as associate director from WHR. LSH’s office agency also includes graduate surveyor Tom Brown.
Abid Jaffry, head of the Manchester office of LSH, said: “We appreciate Adam’s contribution as a long serving member of LSH but understand his reasons to pursue a client-side career. We will continue to actively grow the office across all service lines including office agency and maintain our position as a dominant regional force.”
Orbit Developments is part of Emerson Group. The company has around 3 million sq ft of offices available to rent across the North West and South East of England.
Orbit confirmed the appointment. Jackson was unavailable to comment.
It was only a matter of time, LSH’s office agency team wasnt the same once Thwaites and Bamber left. Slightly amusing that he is heading to Orbit
