In4m hires from CBRE

Angela Seddon has joined Manchester-based in4m Property Consultants as director, from CBRE where she led the North West building consultancy team.

Seddon joins Peter Bolton and Michael Robinson who formed the company four years ago.

Seddon has 25 years of property experience, almost 20 of which were spent at CBRE. For the past eight years, she has been senior director in CBRE’s North West building consultancy division, heading up a 30-strong team across the Manchester and Liverpool offices.

Clients of in4m include EPIC, Canada Life, Standard Life, CBRE Global Investors, Mansford and BP.

Seddon commented: “The move across to in4m is one I am extremely excited about. Many years of experience gleaned in the very commercial world of CBRE has stood me in great stead to bring those skills and relationships to in4m.

“It’ll be a whole new way of working, getting closer to clients and feeling an integral part of the business going forward. I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead and to helping the in4m business go from strength to strength.”
