IDG Teesland brings Oldham Broadway sheds to market

IDG Teesland has completed the final pieces of Oldham Broadway Business Park with two industrial units at Broadway 21 totalling 220,000 sq ft.
Unit 1 extends to 183,350 sq ft and Unit 2 to 41,995 sq ft. Both are available to let or buy. The park is off Junction 21 of the M60.
Paul Daye, partner at P3 Property Consultants, joint agent, said: "We are thrilled that the last major piece of the jigsaw at Oldham Broadway Business Park is now complete and offers unrivalled access to the M60 for requirements of 40,000 sq ft and 180,000 sq ft to buy or lease."
