Hurstwood adds P3 at Navigation Park
Property developer and investor Hurstwood has added P3 Property Consultants to the lettings team at Navigation Park in Bolton with a brief to locate and secure tenants for the Oceanic and Nautica buildings.
The latest phase of Navigation Park comprises of two 10,000 sq ft office buildings each with parking for a total of 80 cars.
Existing occupiers include Bolton PCT, ERG Transit Systems and Hurstwood Holdings.
P3 joins Miller Metcalfe as agents.
Meanwhile, P3 has been retained as joint agents on the rest of Makan Investments' Lostock Office Park in Bolton.
Digicomm BCS has taken 3,020 sq ft Unit C at the 28,665 sq ft first phase of the scheme.
The business communication firm has signed a ten-year lease at an average rent of £29,785 per annum.
Lostock Office Park has offices from 3,142 sq ft up to 6,745 sq ft and is located on Lynstock Way near to the Reebok Stadium and Middlebrook Retail Park .
Makan Investments has invested £3m in the project which has also been part financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
DTZ and Madison Commercial also advised Makan Investments on the deal.
Elsewhere, Fused Group has taken a 3,284 sq ft office on the ground floor at 14-32 Hewitt Street in Manchester city centre. The converged solutions provider has agreed a five-year lease and relocated from Manchester Science Park where it was based since 2002.
Justin Rouse, associate partner at letting agents P3 Property Consultants, said: "3,168 sq ft remains available at the building in suites of 1,226 sq ft and 1,942 sq ft. The quoting rent is £12.95/sq ft."
