Manchester-based HOW Planning has added two new members of staff, taking its headcount to 24.
Matthew Taylor joined from Rochdale Council as a senior planner. He has seven years' experience working on residential, employment and mixed-use schemes.
Elliott Bullock joined as a graduate from the University of Manchester.
Richard Woodford, partner, said: "Both appointments further strengthen our team and will help us achieve our longer term aims. This is a fantastic way to end the year."
