Housing firm tenders £4m St Helens refurbishment contract

Local housing association Helena Partnerships has published a tender for a construction job in St Helens.

The £3.96m contract is for the refurbishment of 107 homes known as the British Iron & Steel Federation Properties in Moss Bank.

Expressions of interest are invited before 9 January, 2009.
